What Is Coaching?
Coaching is all about finding balance in your life. Your coach can help you figure out what's most important to you.  Once you know that, you set goals to balance what you're already doing with what you want to accomplish.
How does it work?
Using a Life Balance Wheel, you and your coach examine eight different areas of your life. This can be done by phone or email. It doesn’t take long, and it helps you see where you are and set goals for where you want to be.
