Four teensWho is eligible for coaching?

Coaching is available for high school students, age 13-19, anywhere in the United States. If you’re 15 or younger, you’ll need to get your parents’ permission to participate; contact us for a parental permission form, and we’ll email it to you.

If you’re located in Davidson County, Tennessee, you may be able to set up coaching sessions at your school. If you’re not in Davidson County, don’t worry! You can still participate in coaching by phone or email.

How do I meet with my coach?

In most cases, you will meet with your coach at your school during school hours. In cases where this is not possible, you may arrange to have your coaching sessions by phone or even by email.

How much does coaching cost?

Your first session with a coach is free. This session will help you figure out if coaching is right for you. You can also take coaching with others. Prices for coaching sessions are below

Individual Sessions: $125
Group Session: $150 ($50/teen)
(for up to 3 teens)

C4T Coaches are licensed counselors who have additional training in coaching.

Where are services available?

Currently, face-to-face coaching sessions are offered in Davidson County, Tennessee. However, distance coaching is available nationwide.
