I’m a student, and I want to get started with a coach. What do I do?
Getting started is easy! Just email us at Coaching4Teens@centerstone.org. If you’re under 16, you’ll need to get your parents’ permission to start coaching. Click here to download a form that they will need to fill out in order to allow you to start your coaching sessions.
If you want to get ready for your first visit, click here to download a blank Life Balance Wheel. Fill out your own personal life balance wheel to bring with you the first time you meet with a coach. (You can also click on the Life Balance Wheel on the How Does It Work? page to download this form.
I’m a parent, and I think my child would benefit from coaching. What should I do?
Talk with your child about the Coaching4Teens program, and see what they think about it. If you and your child agree that this is something they would benefit from, email us at Coaching4Teens@centerstone.org or give us a call at 615.279.6790.
I’m a school administrator. Can I get a coach in my school?
C4T is an evidence-based model that focuses on solutions and builds on students’ strengths. Coaches are even available on-site at some independent schools in the Nashville area. On-site coaches work in concert with existing school counseling programs to bring these services to your school.
Contact us if you are interested in having Coaching4Teens in your school: email us at Coaching4Teens@centerstone.org or call us at 615.279.6790.
