The Life Balance Wheel below can help you identify the areas of your life you’d like to improve and help you set goals. It is composed of 8 different pieces, which represent areas of a person’s life. Think of each of these areas one at a time and consider how happy or satisfied you are with each area in your life. Then, on a scale from 1-100%, please indicate how happy or satisfied you are with that area today—right now—with 0% being completely dissatisfied and 100% being ideal. Using the sliders (the box on the bar under the title of each area), record those values in the chart below.
